Everyone wants to be happy.
According to current research in neuroscience we can change the brain by training the mind, increasing our capacity for happiness and contentment even when life is challenging. By practicing mindfulness we can recognize our habitual thought patterns, make new choices and begin to release worry, regrets and critical self-judgment. We can learn to be more relaxed, empathetic and self-aware.
