Programs
The S.I.T program can be offered as a 6 week class (2 hour, 1 x week), 3 half day workshops, a 2 day program or a weekend retreat. Talk to us; we’ll work with you to structure a program that meets your needs.
- S.I.T Mindfulness
In this six-session introductory training, participants will
-Practice techniques for developing clarity and focus
-Learn short exercises that they can integrate into their work environment to help them access the relaxation response and support productivity.
